Capsuleers were the posthuman space-faring inhabitants of the universe known as New Eden.
Upon the arrival of Gallifrey, Bronze Daleks, and various artefacts from the Doctor's universe in New Eden as "chronological complications" following the Time War, the Capsuleers used the artefacts to track down the Daleks and engage in battle with them. (GAME: The Interstellar Convergence)
