Kai Owen

Kai Owen (born 4 September 1975[1]) played Rhys Williams in Torchwood.
He later played Rickard Karne in the Big Finish Bernice Summerfield audio story Vesuvius Falling. In 2015, he reprised his role as Rhys Williams in Torchwood - Monthly Range, making his debut in Forgotten Lives, where by extension he also portrayed a representative of the Evolved whose consciousness briefly inhabited his body.
