Cyber-Lord
Cyber-Lord was a title used by high-ranking Cybermen.
Characteristics
The Cyber-Lord was distinguished by its Cyber-helmet which had black side handles, like a Cyber-Leader. It was further distinguished by a black face plate and a transparent "window" through which the brain could be seen, similar to the Cyber-Controller of the Cybus Cybermen. (TV: The Next Doctor)
