Gallifreyan Translator (video game)

Gallifreyan Translator was a video game released on the Doctor Who website. It allows the user to input text to be translated to Circular Gallifreyan. It was released on 17 October 2024.
This was the second official English to Gallifreyan translation guide after Gallifreyan Alphabet.

Worldbuilding
- The preset text to be translated is "The sharpness of the tongue defeats the sharpness of the warrior".
- Text featured in promotional images translates to "Hello!", "My name is...", and "Let's be friends!".
Notes
- This version of Gallifreyan was the popular unofficial language made by Loren Sherman.
- This translator swaps some of the Sherman vowel symbols. The translator's "O" is the Sherman "E", its "E" is the Sherman "A", and its "A" is the Sherman "O". Otherwise, all letters resemble the Sherman guide.
Continuity
- The quote "The sharpness of the tongue defeats the sharpness of the warrior" is a Rwandan proverb. It was featured on the Fifteenth Doctor's sonic screwdriver beginning in TV: The Church on Ruby Road [+]Loading...["The Church on Ruby Road (TV story)"], and was first translated in PROSE: Sonic Screwdriver [+]Loading...["Sonic Screwdriver (short story)"].
