Clive Finch was a Human conspiracy theorist from England on Earth. By 2005, he was maintaining a website, Who is Doctor Who, focused on the mysterious Doctor that kept appearing throughout recorded history. Rose Tyler contacted him shortly after having her own encounters with the Doctor.
Clive Finch had a wife, Caroline, and a son. Shortly after his meeting with Rose, he and his family went on a shopping trip when the Autons were activated. Clive was amazed to realise that the stories he had heard about the Doctor were true. He was then shot dead by an Auton. (DW: Rose)
Sometime after Clive's death, his website was taken over by Mickey Smith.
