Pangol

Pangol was the youngest Argolin on the leisure planet Argolis. Ostensibly the son of Mena, he was in fact a clone, created in the Argolins' Recreation Generator.
He wanted to lead Argolis into war and conquest, and so tried to create a new army by duplicating himself in the Recreation Generator. However, he only ended up creating short-lived duplicates of the fourth Doctor, who was hiding in the generator at the time.
The generator was finally used to rejuvenate Pangol back to a baby.
