In a parallel universe, the Deltan Prime Minister was a female Deltan ostensibly in charge of the local government on Delta IV at the time of a joint Cybermen/Borg invasion in 2368. Dismayed that Starfleet failed to respond quickly, she ordered a planet-wide evacuation. She herself departed her homeworld on USS Mattingly within minutes of the attack. (COMIC: Assimilation²)
