Jeff Stone was one of the Daleks' most noteworthy human opponents. After his home in New Paris on the planet of Venus was overrun by the Skaran mutants, he and his siblings, Mary and Andy — were forced into a life of resistance. A minerologist by trade, Jeff quickly adapted to a more militant lifestyle and was largely responsible for kicking the Daleks not only off Venus, but out of the Solar System entirely.
