Kruger (The Shadow Vortex) was a member of the Stassi . He interrogated Lara Zannis after she was arrested from in Berlin. He also interrogated the War Doctor who tried to find out why he was there. He helped the Doctor follow Zannis to West Berlin to stop her from creating the Shadow Vortex. (AUDIO: The Shadow Vortex)
