ColonelKeelan was a member of Earth Protection Corps who received call the Tenth Doctor and Anya Kingdom sent out for rescue. He transmat scooped them abord knowing how much of an asset the Doctor was against the Daleks. He wanted to use Davros to help Earth defend against both the Daleks and the Movellans. He asked the Doctor to help them escape the Daleks. He later had the Doctor locked up with Davros. He wanted to negotiate with the Daleks before the Movellan's destroyed. After crashing on Kembel, he was captured by the Kembel Faction. (AUDIO: The Dalek Defence) He was then used to infiltrate the Movellan Prime Ship. However, this was a ruse by the Daleks to destroy Mark Seven and the Movellan's chucked the Doctor, him and Anya into the Dalek base. The Kembel Faction Analyst disarmed the bombs and took them to the supreme. He couldn't believe that the Doctor was working with the Kembel Faction. He was then used by the Daleks in their plan devised by Doctor to get into the ship. He was freed when the Doctor activated the anti-Dalek force field. He received a message form the Earth Protection Corps and went to greet them. The Doctor asked him to recapture Davros and take him directly into prison. His forces dispatched the Daleks. He froze Davros to take him to prison. He welcomed Anya to the corps. (AUDIO: The Triumph of Davros)
