Worldbuilding

• Twenty One invented the deadly flys for security patrol.
• The fly's memory banks are inadvertently damaged by the filing department cat.
• Twenty One declares martial law in the World Senate building under section 2 of senate order S/49/11 — action in defence of world peace.
• The Saturnian delegates are attacked by the fly. The World President mentions the arrival of the Neptune delegation.

Story notes

• Beginning with the third part of this story, the series was renamed for the second time from 21 Special Agent to 21 Secret Agent.
