You may be looking for Compassion.

Babylon was a humanoid timeship owned by Cousin Lucifer, who had "fostered a sense of free will" in her. The two explored the universe together. According to Lucifer, Babylon's "actual name" was Compassion; he renamed her Babylon when they began travelling together. (AUDIO: Lucifer)

"Compassion" was notably the name of one of the Eighth Doctor's human companions, (PROSE: Interference - Book One) who was transformed into a humanoid timeship and gave birth to the humanoid 103-form series. (PROSE: The Book of the War)

At one point, Babylon was held hostage by the people Lucifer worked for, telling him that they would destroy Babylon if he failed to find Lilith. He spoke about this in a video he recorded in "Kingdom United", although how he travelled to the location was unclear. (WC: Mission: Find Lilith [+]Loading...["Mission: Find Lilith (webcast)"])
