On several occasions the reflection of the green screen can be seen on the knife Jack is holding.
Continuity
- Both of the 10th Doctor's catchphrases are echoed in this episode. After Rex is shot by Charlotte, Jack says, "I'm sorry Gwen, I'm so sorry". Later after Rex's resurrection, the three characters, Jack, Gwen and Rex say, "What, What? What!" in a similar manner to the 10th Doctor.
