Kimberly Todd was a Delta Grade technician for TransAllied, Inc. She shared her concerns about the company with the Sixth Doctor and Willis. She witnessed Arnold and Lorraine Baynes bring along a sleeping Davros.

Kimberly Todd was a virtuous woman with such compassion and morality, choosing to help the Sixth Doctor and Willis to reveal Arnold Baynes's crimes. Even though Davros had wronged so many such as being responsible for the origin of the Daleks, she was hospitable to him and believed it wrong for anyone to buy him whens he thought him dead.
Kimberly showed amazing courage. She chose to inject poison into herself sooner than let Davros use her to blackmail the Doctor; showing a willingness to self-sacrifice for others. (AUDIO: Davros)
