Kramp

Kramp was Bellatrix Vega's political aide and helped her in her run for the Galactic President. He was later tasked in finding dirt on Alpha Centauri to discredit them. He learnt that the Ninth Doctor was a time traveller. He was later tasked with bombing the senate building.
