Bellatrix Vega was a celebrity politician who often bent the facts. She wanted to become the president and had her only opposition killed. She became angry after Alpha Centauri became her opposition. She owned several news channels. She was funded by the Trisilicate lobby. She owned a casino and invited Alpha and the Ninth Doctor to it.
