Mondasian Sea Devils, though they may have been called "Lizard Kings," were the Mondasian equivalent to Earth's Sea Devils. They looked similar to the Sea Devils of Earth and had similar sonic disc technology.
When the Cybermen went to search for the Lizard Kings on the Dark Continent, they were attacked by the R'lyeh which protected the god Golgoth. When they returned to attack the beast, they were ambushed by Mondasian Sea Devils who claimed to be the guardians of Golgoth. (COMIC: The Cybermen)
