Teeja was a Rarkelian who, with Bourakai, used stolen chrono-warp engines to travel back to 2020 to kill the Eighth Doctor to prevent the enslavement of Rarkelia. They killed Mr Crusoe to prevent him from assisting the Doctor, whom they managed to kill but who was brought back by the TARDIS. The Doctor sent them back to their time. (AUDIO: Divine Intervention)
