The Transgenic Laboratory was a huge complex the Cult of Skaro built with the last of their technology beneath the sewers at the foot of the Empire State Building in 1930s New York. In it, they planned the Final Experiment, which would see the combining of Dalek and human DNA to create a massive Dalek-Human. After the Daleks were defeated, the Doctor used their technology to find a way of halting Pig slave Laszlo's degeneration. (DW: Daleks in Manhattan/Evolution of the Daleks)
