Ange had been one of Ace McShane's mates in Perivale before Ace was taken disappeared from Earth to the Iceworld. Ange had a depressed lifelessness about her. She saw no reason to be in Perivale, yet was not motivated to seek satisfaction elsewhere.
When Ace returned for a brief visit in 1989, Ange was collecting money on Medvale Parade for Hunt Saboteurs and suffering fom hay fever. She told Ace about their friends who had married and/or relocated away, and informed her that that people had been disappearing recently. (TV: Survival)
