Secretary (Tardisode 10). In DWMSE 14, the production notes of Tardisode 11 call this charcter "Secretary". Certainly that role makes more sense serving tea than a cleaner.

A secretary served tea to Victor Kennedy when he found LINDA's website. He then revealed his true form and absorbed her. (TS: Tardisode 10) She appeared on his shoulder and by the time Kennedy revealed his true form to LINDA, she was consumed, though her mouth still moved. What was left of her was destroyed along with the Abzorbaloff when he melted. (TV: Love & Monsters)

Though the brief role in Tardisode 10 isn't immediately clear beyond a woman offering tea, DWMSE 14 refers to the character played by Olwen Rees as a secretary to which Kennedy was the boss of.
