Webster was the Captain of a Earth Empire ship, HMS Trafalgar who attacked a Wrath ship after they violated a treaty. He rescued the Seventh Doctor, Halvor and Talbar from the Wrath. He was anxious to meet the Doctor. (AUDIO: The Shadow Heart)
