Tom Cardwell was a citizen who often protested about the end of the world according to Eileen Klint. He said that the aliens were along them already. He saved the Eighth Doctor and Lucie Miller from the acid rain. He thought that the Doctor was responsible for the devastation of Red Rocket Rising. He told them about the course of the asteroid that landed on the planet. He knew of the Daleks evil. He later rescued her from the Dalek command ship. He planed to destroy the Dalek ship with fission batteries. He later lead an attack on Martez's Daleks. (AUDIO: Blood of the Daleks)
