Vina Tallow was an engineer who told the Eighth Doctor about her work, with sky generators. The Eighth Doctor and Narvin noticed that The Eminence was in it. She liked Casey Carraway as she was a lifeline in the war. She was affected the Reborn Master's control by the Doctor managed to override the Master's conditioning. The Eminence then infected her with the Breath of forever, but the Doctor managed to undo the damage. (AUDIO: Rules of the Eminence)
