By this time, London was the most populous city on Earth. (AUDIO: Jago & Litefoot & Patsy) after the Doctor regenerated into the Twelfth Doctor he and Clara ended up in dinosaur times and tried to escape a T-Rex they did leave the time period but the Tardis was in a T-Rex. now in the 1890s Madame Vastra, Jenny Flint, and Strax go outside to see the T-Rex in the Rive Thames then the T-Rex spits out a police box Strax then goes and says "come out and surrender to the Sontaran empire then the Doctor comes out and says shhh.
