The Little Book of Absolute Power was the posthumously (and selectively) published collection of notes and writings from Chatelaine Thessalia created during her investigations of the future War in Heaven (PROSE: The Book of the War)
While The Book of the War certainly implied a physical book existed after Thessalia's death, (PROSE: The Book of the War) Larissa was called "little book" in her role as the Chatelaine's mnemonic. (PROSE: Newtons Sleep)
