Cargan's TARDIS

On a trip with Orb, Cargan was stranded on the planet Minatorius when his TARDIS was drained of energy. When he discovered that the drain was a potential threat to the universe, he tried to shut down the machine causing it. He and his TARDIS were destroyed by the feedback. (COMIC: Minatorius)
