• 1966 - The TARDIS departs Trafalgar Square, where it had arrived during the New Year's Eve celebrations. (DW: The Daleks' Master Plan)
• 2000 - The Doctor departs San Francisco, where he had landed two days before (DW: Doctor Who (1996)), Jack Harkness becomes the leader of Torchwood Three following the death of Alex Hopkins (TW: Fragments), The Doctor lands in Paris (IDW: The Forgotten)
• 2005 - A dying Tenth Doctor visits Rose Tyler before she had met him. The Doctor comments that she's "Gonna have a great year" before seeing a vision of Ood Sigma and stumbling back to the TARDIS and regenerating. (DW: The End of Time)

• 1969 - Sophie Okonedo, who was the voice of companion Alison Cheney, is born.
• 1972 - Day of the Daleks Episode One First Broadcast.
• 1977 - The Face of Evil Part One First Broadcast.
• 1979 - Freema Agyeman is born.
• 2003 - Cyril Shaps, who had appearances in The Tomb of the Cybermen, The Ambassadors of Death, Planet of the Spiders and The Androids of Tara dies.
• 2007 - TW:Captain Jack Harkness First Broadcast.
• 2007 - TW:End of Days First Broadcast.
