Cyber-Warrior

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

The term "Cyber-Warrior" was used to refer to the Cybermen on a number of occasions.

Appearance

The Cyber-Warriors that were discovered by the Lone Cyberman, Ashad, in the aftermath of the Cyber-Wars were also known as the Cybermen of the Warrior Class. They appeared to be much more bulky and militaristic in appearance compared to most Cybermen, in addition to borrowing various design elements from other Cybermen variants: their necks and upper chest units were identical to the Cybermen of the Cyberiad, complete with the same blue chest core. Their helmets were more square-shaped and had indentations on the far sides, similarly to the CyberNomads and CyberNeomorphs, and the light at the top glowed an electric blue, similarly to the chest units. Their side handles were more detailed than those of most Cybermen, sporting extra padding on the lower ends. The helmet also extended onto the Cyberman's cheeks, giving a reinforced look. Their faces were similar to those of the CyberNomads. These Cybermen also sported wrist blasters similar to those of the Cyberiad Cybermen. Their shoulder pads and legs were spiked, making them loosely resemble medieval soldiers, and somewhat resembling the design of one race of Cybus Cybermen.

In this same alternate timeline where the Cybermen conquered all of time and space, the Cyber-Warriors of the Cyber-Earth of 2006 were much more muscular than most Cybermen, featuring large arms and legs; they lacked any form of chest units, instead sporting defined chest pads with slight indentations where the nipples would appear on a human's chest. Alternative timelines

In an alternate timeline, Cyber-Warrior was a name once used by Jack Harkness to refer to humans who were converted by the Cybermen. (COMIC: Supremacy of the Cybermen) Cybermen on Nerva Beacon also referred to a fellow unit as a "Cyberwarrior". (PROSE: The Revenge of the Cybermen)
