Custard creams were a type of biscuit.
When the Thirteenth Doctor regained her TARDIS, she marvelled at the sight that they were now dispensed from the console to eat. (TV: The Ghost Monument) When she crossed paths with Martha Jones in 1969, she promised to tell her friend who she was over tea and custard creams, asking if Martha knew of a good place to get some.
