Behind the scenes
Thatchos is a parody of the then Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Margaret Thatcher, being a portmanteau of her name and Davros' (the Lenny Henry Show sketch appearing to hold that Davros, or, as it turns out, Thatchos, was associated with the Cybermen rather than the Daleks). Thatchos' subordinate, Denos, is a parody of Thatcher's husband Denis Thatcher.
