River Song once visited an abbey in 12th century England. It's nuns included Sister Patrick, Sister Magdalene, Sister Mary and Sister Ursula, the latter of whom was not from Earth.

Its library contained Agrippina's Misfortunes, Memoirs of Sulla, Emperor Claudius' Guide to Gambling, and the Book of Stars. (AUDIO: Abbey of Heretics)
