Jiggery pokery, according to the Ninth Doctor, was a technical term. He jokingly remarked that he "came first in jiggery pokery", to which Rose Tyler quipped that she "failed hullabaloo." (TV: The End of the World)
The Third Doctor once claimed that he had "some experience" with jiggery pokery, (PROSE: Generation Gap) and once also claimed he was "the top of his class in jiggery pokery" at the Academy, but with a more genuine attitude towards his experience. (WC: U.N.I.T. On Call)
