Morian was the lover of Faye Davis. She used Darzil Carlisle's personal channel to contact him. He shot the Fifth Doctor and took him to his hide out. He was the head of the Morian Syndicate, and owned lots of casinos. He used the Naxy games on Cray as a betting opportunity. After the Doctor thwarted his plans, he escaped from Cray.
