Morian
Morian was the head of the Morian Syndicate and owner of a number of casinos. He was the lover of Faye Davis, but this was only because he had drugged her with pheromones synthesised from the Mayzerians, making Faye literally addicted to his presence.
Under Morian's influence, Faye used Darzil Carlisle's personal channel to contact him. He shot the Fifth Doctor and took him to his hideout when the Doctor tried to stop the Naxy games on Cray, which Morian used as a betting opportunity. Morian intended to use the TARDIS to place further bets on games where he knew the results and planned to use the same pheromones he had used on Faye to seduce Nyssa. The Doctor was able to ruin his plans by exposing his role in manipulating naxy to the opposing teams, giving them a common enemy to unite against. After the Doctor thwarted his plans, Morian escaped from Cray. (AUDIO: The Game)
