The Grand Serpent was a powerful political figure on Inston-Vee Vinder's home planet. They decided the protocols for a space fleet.
The Grand Serpent that Inston-Vee Vinder served met the Alforia to discuss terms. He asked that five dissidents being sheltered would be returned to face trial, the other four, all relatives of his critic Frey Sampor would suffer an accident. Vincer repoeted the incident, resulting in him being reassigned to Observation Outpost Rose. (TV: Once, Upon Time)
