Observation Outpost Rose
Observation Outpost Rose, or Outpost Rose, was an observation station in the Thoribus Section. Inston-Vee Vinder manned the outpost as observation officer and made regular reports on this section of the universe. In his final regular report, rotation #21714, Vinder remarked that still nothing had changed.
Soon afterwards, however, he noticed an anomaly and queried the onboard system. The Flux had arrived at Outpost Rose, and it erased every planet in its path. Thoribus Minor was the first to be destroyed. Vinder reported these events as they unfolded.
The onboard system recommended evacuation as the Flux approached. Vinder complied, completing his final report as he abandoned his post. When the Thirteenth Doctor later arrived in the same area of space, nothing remained. (TV: The Halloween Apocalypse)
