Neville Plumstead

Neville Plumstead was the chief assistant at the Royal Observatory. He showed Jenny Flint and Charlotte Mayfly around the observatory and the telescopes. He caused the strangely apparitions and premature ageing. He was able to absorb future timelines. He was given this power by a Creature. He kept the time energy to keep himself young, and he was one of the previous Astronomer Royal and had lived for 80 years more. Vastra realised that he was actually a puppet. With Vasta's help he undid his actions killing himself in the process and destroying the creature. (AUDIO: The Ghosts of Greenwich)
