Callys Flambo

Callys Flambo was a member of the Tupaxi Republic. She came to negotiate a peace treaty with Otak Lame. She thought that Vastra was human. She told Vastra about a third intruder to their empire which were the Sontarans. She was very arrogant in her negotiations. (AUDIO: Dining with Death)
