- 1963 - The cast of the new science fiction series Doctor Who was revealed: William Hartnell, Carole Ann Ford, Jacqueline Hill and William Russell. (DWFC 1)
- 1963 - Script editor David Whitaker commissioned Terry Nation to write The Mutants (later known as The Daleks).
- 1964 - "The Tyrant of France" was recorded at Lime Grove Studios G. (TCH 3)
- 2006 - Big Finish's I, Davros audio story Innocence was recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2006 - Big Finish's Bernice Summerfield audio story The Worst Thing in the World was recorded.
- 2013 - Recording for Psychodrome took place at The Moat Studios.
- 2015 - The first series series of Big Finish's audio series The Churchill Years was recorded at the Moat Studios.
- 2017 - Recording for Time War: Volume One took place at The Moat Studios.
- 2020 - The eighth series of Big Finish's audio series The Diary of River Song was recorded.
- 2020 - Big Finish announced the fifth series of The First Doctor Adventures audio series.
