Miles Werbiansky was the head scientist at the Vault (Cheviot Hills) by 2011.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Miles had worked at the Vault for a while, enough time for him to be "very experienced". By the 2010s, he transitioned, necessitating a new nameplate on his office door. He used to eat lunch with Ellie, but she later died.

After the arrival of Giles and Archie at the Vault, director Vanessa Hardcastle offered them to wait so a guided tour could be arranged with Miles to lead them, but this was a ruse to stall them, which the duo saw through. After Vanessa brought the duo to the cold storage, Giles asked to see the Vault's inventory, so Vanessa led them to Miles, who was unsuccessfully disassembling a Gendar device, and he gave Giles the binder containing the inventory upon his request. Miles and Vanessa led the duo the low-risk storage after Giles spotted Cyberon on the inventory, where they discovered that the Cyberon had escaped its container, and had infected a werewolf, and Miles told Donovan to go through with Code 23. Miles stayed with the group as they discovered the carnage caused by the cyberwolf. After the ordeal was over, Miles remained in the Vault immediately after to inspect a Diashna corpse in the cold storage, along with Vanessa and Hernandez, and to their shock, the werewolf, who was in human form a little girl, had been resurrected as was crying out for help from Freezer 7.
