John-Paul, better known as JP, was a mod in 1963. He had brought a new scooter and Franko made fun of him. He nearly ran Susan Foreman over. Lehena put him under Dalek control and asked him to follow Susan. The Dalek's rewrote his biology. After the Eighth Doctor broke the control signal he slept for hours.
