Henrik's Surprise was an ice cream flavour produced by Millingdale exclusively for Henrik & Son in Pete's World.
The flavour was sausage sorbet layered with caper cream, and a unique brulee of bacon toffee, kept crispy with Gemini12.
History
After the readers of Defending the Earth! were sent to www.henriksonline.co.uk to look for what "the secret of Henrik's surprise" was by "ChatGuest1", they found the answer on the Millingdale website, as it contained a description of the Henrik's Surprise flavour with the password for the Cybus Industries Staff Intranet hidden in plain sight.
