Biography
In 1987, David Gee and his wife were in Southport when they saw the Ninth Doctor pull a child out of the way of a VW Beetle. The Doctor then told them "I'll regret that in the morning" then disappeared into the crowd.
In March 2005, David wrote about his encounter on the conspiracy website Doctor Who?. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
