Galgo was a Killoran Police officer on Argentia. He was suspicious of the Fifth Doctor, Tegan Jovanka, Nyssa and Adric. He had to investigate the murder of Angelo Mazzini. He was attacked during his investigation. He thought that the Doctor might have been the murderer and arrested him for it. (AUDIO: Serpent in the Silver Mask)
