The Sicari incursions were a series of attacks on Gallifrey during the Last Great Time War by the Sicari Collective, specifically targeting President Rassilon. The Sicari's attacks were enabled by Celestial Intervention Agency Coordinator Romana and Prime Minister Livia in an attempt to assassinate the President. (AUDIO: Assassins)
