Firing squad

A firing squad was a group of soldiers detailed to shoot a condemned person.

Rassilon, threatened by the Twelfth Doctor's presence on Gallifrey and still desperate for information on the Hybrid, ordered first troops and then the High Council to make contact with the Doctor.
