We're clearly covering a single segment of a BP episode. So the best title is probably Blue Peter segment (2005 TV story)
Talk about it here.
A Blue Peter segment which aired on the 21 March 2005 featured Christopher Eccleston in-character as the Ninth Doctor. It it notable for being the only on-screen appearance of Eccleston in the role outside of Series 1 and The Trip of a Lifetime.
The sketch aired four days before Rose, pre-dating the first story of Doctor Who's revival and Eccleston's introduction to the series. It was also the first story to feature the Ninth Doctor facing the Daleks as an enemy and was among the finale scenes Eccleston filmed as the Doctor for TV.
Synopsis
The Doctor defeats a compost bin Dalek, yelling “Take That!”, disintegrating it using an unnaturally powerful Blue Peter badge and then walking off.
Plot
In the intro, the Blue Peter crew report on the upcoming release of Series 1 and the return of the Daleks. A clip from Genesis of the Daleks then plays. After this, one of the hosts reports that a different sort of Dalek recently appeared in the Blue Peter garden.
In the garden, Konnie Hung meets Reece and Jim, who have helped build a Dalek Compost bin. Konnie explains how the bin was built and which parts were used. Suddenly, the TARDIS lands just off-screen, and the Ninth Doctor walks into view, exclaiming that he's been hunting for the Dalek across time and space.
The Doctor searches his jacket but finds he does not have his sonic screwdriver and instead disintegrates the Dalek with his Blue Peter badge. He then departs, leaving the hosts and the children sad that they did not get his autograph. A man walks up with a wheelbarrow wondering where the compost bin Dalek is.
