Contact 21 (in-universe)

Contact 21 was a top secret bulletin from the Universal Secret Service which was published regularly in TV Century 21. Its name referred to Agent Twenty One, (COMIC: Power Play) who controlled the field agents of the USS and was in administrative control of the Service in 2065. (PROSE: This is 2065)

History

One week in April 2065, acting on orders from Agent Twenty One, TV21 printed Contact 21 on page eighteen. (COMIC: Duel of the Daleks)

When going to see Dr. Who and the Daleks at the cinema, Agent 671107 and their friend suspected some other audience members to be enemy agents after they correctly identified them as "junior Special Agents — perhaps Agents from Contact 21!". (PROSE: From Agent 671107)
