Eyewitness

When asked if he had witnessed the death of Decider Draith, the Fourth Doctor claimed to have a very reliable eyewitness. (TV: Full Circle)

Eyewitness reports, such as one given by Oliver Morgenstern, described events at the Royal Hope Hospital in 2008, (TV: Smith and Jones) as well as those aboard cargo ship C982 in 2540. (TV: Frontier in Space)

Eyewitness accounts described such things as corpses disappearing into the earth of the planet Frontios, (TV: Frontios) the Lone Centurion rescuing the Pandorica from the Blitz, (TV: The Big Bang) and "silver creatures" climbing out of graves. (TV: Death in Heaven)

The Decayed Master produced several Time Lord eyewitnesses who confirmed his whereabouts at the time of the assassination, conclusively disproving the Fourth Doctor's belief that the Master was the Deadly Assassin.
